Design Asset & Member Club
What kind of license I got with your design asset?
Whether you purchase single collection or become member club, you will got Commercial License. You can use it for personal or commercial purpose, but you cannot re-distribute the Items as a stock image or it’s source files, regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances. You cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and sell it on any marketplaces as your own. More detail about licensing can be seen here.
Which way is the best offer, purchasing per item or becoming Member Club?
All of our design assets cost $4 per collection. If you plan to purchase more than 10 sets from our collection, we recommend you to join our Member Club.
What happens with my files if I don’t renew my membership?
You can still download and use the files you already downloaded. You can also re-download some files, but you cannot download any file you never downloaded before.
Will Member Club automatically renew?
No. But don’t worry, we will not automatically charge you after the first year membership expired. We will notify you 3 days before your Member Club expires. Then you can choose whether to continue and pay for another year for the membership, or stop your membership status.
When will I got the file after I put my order?
You will got the file instantly!! You can download the file you buy from your Account – Download.
What payment method do you support?
We support payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal.
Custom Website & WordPress
How do I pay for website design?
We will sent you an e-invoice that you can pay it with credit card or paypal. We can also discuss about other payment methods available. We will need 50% prepayment before we start to work.
How long does it take to create website design?
- PSD web design takes 2-3 days per page.
- PSD to HTML takes 1-2 days per page.
- Full WordPress website takes 7-20 days.
Custom Design
Will you do some revision of the designs?
Of course, we will do revisions until you are satisfied with the design.
Do you do the design by yourself?
Yes, all of our designs are created by our creative team of designers.
What kind of license will be provided for the custom design by you?
If you order our custom design, the file is yours, the license is yours, and you can do anything with your files.
How do I pay?
We will sent you online invoice that you can pay it with credit card or paypal. We can also discuss about other payment methods available.
How long does it take to create custom design?
- 5 Icon design takes 3-5 days.
- Vector Illustration takes 2-4 days.
- 3 Hand Drawn object takes 2-3 days.
- 20 pages of Annual Report takes 7-15 days.
